Dr. Nils H. Abrahamsson
Chairman
Dr. Abrahamsson is an international legal / commercial / project-led business manager with a proven track record within highly-competitive B2B in commercial markets. He has a strong background in legal and regulatory compliance management. Endowed with strong multilingual skills, he is capable of effective negotiation in English, Swedish, Danish, German, Norwegian and has a full working knowledge of French and Dutch. This is enhanced by strong cultural awareness earned from business experience in South East Asia, EMEA, Europe and the Middle East.
Dr. Abrahamsson earned his doctorate in telecom law from Edinburgh University, Scotland, United Kingdom.
Jonas Olsen
Chief Executive Officer
Jonas Olsen, based in New York City, has had extensive experience in global business scalability. He has worked for companies such as Bonnier, YuMe, Smartclip. He played a pivotal role in major NASDAQ listings and he also took part in another IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in 2015. His most recent project in the tech sector grew more than 800% over a 12-month period.
Jonas Söderqvist
Chief Operating Officer
Jonas Söderqvist has 20 years of executive experience in the Media and Tech sectors, working for such international and local household name brands as MTV, Yahoo!, TV3, YuMe, Metro, etc.
He has also played a mojor part in the listing of companies on NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange. He currently sits on the Board of two additional tech companies.
